If you have belly fat to lose by April 11th then that is not that far off and I really don't think that is possible to do. You can try buying a one piece bathing suit and there are nice ones to choose from that can hide your belly fat. If this guy that wants to be with you now and you don't want to then don't go with him if you don't want to. Noone can make you do something that you don't want to do.

well first it depends on how much body fat you have... if you have over 15 pounds of fat than i dont think you'll get a completely flat stomach.
you should eat healthy, salads, and whole grain and fruits
also fiber is good in ur diet

also u should exercise daily for at least 40 minutes if you want the best results. try to run it off or go to the gym
dont max out the weight too much or you'll gain too much muscle
try to tone out ur body

after cardio do some ab work out
crunches work the best and some leg lifts

Wear a one-piece bathing suit and he'll never notice.
Do sit ups and that exercise where you lie on your back with your legs bent at the knee and ankles crossed and you twist your legs from one side to the other. That is a good one for the waist. Follow the Adkins diet. Quit worrying and let him like you for your mind....?

Sorry to tell you, but targeted weight loss does not work. You can't pick where you want to lose weight.

Your best choice if you want to diet, assuming you are overweight, is to figure out how many calories you need to eat a day to lose weight, but not so that your metabolism slows down. Sometimes people cut calories too much and their body thinks it is starving itself and then it slows down your metabolism.

You can also do various forms of sit-ups, etc to tighten your stomach muscles.

Start dieting and exercising like crazy. If you have a lot of fat to lose, though, you don't have enough time.

saldy we cannot choose where to lose fat. you gotta do lots of cardio to burn fat everywhere, and do ab exercises to build your ab muscles. two steps.

and cut out junk food, soda and other unhealthy stuff.
