the thing is is that she has been on this milk replacement for awhile now. Why would she have problem now? I just started giving her this can cat food since yesturday. the product is called "Medi cal" and the type of food is called Development Formula. Could the problem be that she's not use to it and got gas???

Kittens can be born with worms, if they aren't then they get it from the worms migrating to the mother's mammary glands and being passed on in the milk. Worms can only be controlled not eliminated. Wormers kill the adult worms but eggs are not killed off and they hatch a couple of weeks later and the cycle starts all over again. Kittens should be wormed every two weeks from the age of 6 to 16 weeks then every three months thereafter for their lifetime or more as needed. If you use a spot on flea treatment that also manages worms, you can just worm an adult cat every 6-12 months.
The problem could be the introduction of new food, give her time and it should settle down.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the canned food if the kittens are ready to eat it. I would buy high quality food like Wellness. Four kittens will eat a lot and Wellness has the extra large cans of food which will be more economical than the 5.5 0z cans. I don't know where people get the idea that canned pet food which is processed at very high temperatures and put in sterile cans could possibly contain worms! The same goes for pasteurized milk (don't give cow's milk to kittens!). It can take a lot of elbow grease to keep the fleas off four young kittens - you need to comb each one as much as four times a day. The environment will still be breeding the fleas even with great diligence. Please consult your vet. I believe rescue organizations use one or two drops of the flea medication for a young kitten and you MUST NOT undertake this without a vet's advice as to dosage.

NO. Kittens get worms from their mothers milk and the environment. How kittens get worms from thier mom: Thier mom had worms as a kitten/young cat, her immune system supressed and got rid of most of the worms, however some larvae escaped, left the intestines and encysted in her muscles. when she became immunocompramised from being pregnant and giving birth, the larvae in the muscles matured, got into the intestines or went to her mammary glands, where the kittens suckled them with her milk
Basic assumption: all animals have worms, even if you deworm them (deworming decreases worm burden, but some larvae will always be in the muscle)

By milk I am assuming you mean proper kitten milk replacement. Kitten's and cats cannot digest cows milk. they are lactose intolerant. Once the kitten is weaned it should be fed on a proper kitten chow.
If you are having problems with a kittens tummy, it could be the milk. the kitten also needs to be dewormed by a vet. take her in and discuss proper nutrition with your vet right away
