aside from pills, does anyone here know what should i do or take, like in a form of alternative medicine. i miss drinking my teas, coz its bad for my acid reflux...pls help. tnx

i take pills for mine...
BUT, the times I forget my pill and the reflux acts up, I trink about a tablespoon of vinegar (get a good tasting one) and it will help.
sounds odd, but it works for me.

Try herbal teas, I don't know why you couldn't drink that. It's the caffeine in the tea that probably irritates things. Mostly what you don't want to eat are spicy or hard to digest foods. Using Tums on a regular basis should help also. Is your acid reflux due to Gerds, or do you have a hiatal hernia? A hiatal hernia will cause the same symptoms.

Are you sure that it's not from post-nasal drip and not acid reflux? That's what usually causes what you are complaining of.
As for the acid reflux try some papaya pills or try some pepcid or zantac. The are OOC and not very dangerous.

Yep this is it. You need serious surgery. The symtom is quite common and should be treate in either one of the two ways that I will be explaining.
1. Have your 5cm hernia fixed; and/or
2. Eat a bunny chaw (extremely hot) followed by a glass of milk.
If all else fails, try and get a good Policy as soon as possible.

Eat apples, pepcid ac, drink vinegar water,
eat horseradish sauce to clear out throat.
Take Sudafed---allergy season
