Diet Coke, Coca Cola Classic, or Tab <<
Oh, nobody go for the "if it can rust a nail, imagine what it's doing to your teeth" thing either. BECAUSE....the nail gets soaked in it....it only passes your teeth and if you brush regularly, it's fine. My teeth are still in great shape. Only have had the wisdom teeth pulled!!! :)

Rashid, what the hell is the factor on your life? Either approach, Energy beverages customarily include a tonne of sugar, specifically the inexpensive no company vigor beverages. I consider a million an afternoon is usually tolerable, however even then you are ingesting plenty of sugar, in far more than what you must be. If you activity quite often this should not be a drawback, if you do not, simply reduce just a little, all of it is helping.
