I lick my cuts whenever I have them. For me, it actually helps the blood flow stop. I have no idea why, but I have never had an infection. I've been doing it for roughly 3-5 years now.

Dude: Licking the cut only tends to infect it. It is better to let it bleed for a few seconds and then rinse with water. Apply neosporing afterwards and cover it.
That's how it is to be done.

yup, your mouth is a vessel for germs, and licking your wounds puts it right in there. try licking something else.

ive been doing that forever but it probaly does make infection more likely

nope.

there is some kind of bacteria in saliva that helps skin grow back, and heal.

thats why mouth "wounds" heal faster then other bleeding "wounds"

if oyu do it maybe, but if you have a dog or a cat that does it for you I would say no, because animals have the cleanest mouths...so yeah theres your answer to that one...
