i,d continue to treat your hair abit longer before trying to dye it again hairdressers would not turn down custom if it wasn,t necessary

hello.
I've done exactly the same to my hair in the past..my hair started falling out..this is what i did.
Firstly start taking hair skin and nails supplements so the damaged hair will grow out quicker and it will become stronger.
Secondly log onto www.hqhair.com and buy some terax crema conditioner...Its the best conditioner in the world..its expensive but it works. Also shampoo it with Lush Cynthia Stout conditoner...it makes it really shiny and healthy.
Third...its important your hair looks healthy while its growing out..try using Lush's Henna...its a totally natural dye that you just add warm water too..it nourishes the hair..i reccomend black or dark brown as it would cover the current colour of your hair totally..it makes it really shiny too.
When you use the Henna..mix it with boiling water...put it on DRY hair to let the goodness sink in then wrap your hair in cling film so the heat from your head will warm the henna up and condition it better!
trust me..i was orange and had straw hair and now i have lovely hair!

Think about maybe getting a short, but cute hair cut for summer and then see about changing the color. Seriously.
I'm having a serious problem going on with my hair too,so I know how you feel. I'm going to have to go get mine cut kind of short too. I had long hair beofre too,but It's the only way to get rid of the damage and to start getting healthy hair. Good luck

Best bet would probably be to cut it short. Lucky for humans hair grows back and gives you a chance to start over. It also grows back healthier, short hair is sexy anyways ( also easier to manage)

no, just leave it before you do any more damage. you have to let your hair grow out and repair the damaged hair.

nope- it will get more damaged when you use more chemicals to remove the color. either get a haircut, or keep washing it and conditioning it- it will eventually fade. maybe nutrisse haircolor might be better to cover it up.

i think it's probably best to let it grow out, although this may not be the option you want it wil be best for your hair in the long run.
