so i'm going out with this guy and whatever. and hes really not the snobby, "i'm rich you're not, so dont talk to me" kinda guy. hes the sweetest person ever.
hes never been to my house before and ive been to his- his is huge and beautiful.
mine is small but nice.
so, i feel kinda uncomftorable but i have no idea what to do about it. i should get over it, but whats ur advice.
guys-do u guys even care usually?

If he likes you he won't care where you live! I've been in this situation before and usually, the guy could care less but if you act as though you're uncomfortable or ashamed at what you have compared to them it's obvious and a big turnoff.
Just be proud of what you have (atleast your house isnt a complete dump) and exude confidence.

OMG! that is so... weird. I was just thinkning about this yesterday. This used to bug me just like a big bug, but now it doesn't and i am way to glad for that.
I have the same problem
i have heard that his house is huge and well.... mine yeah its not big. Its kind of small and needs some fixing. the only diffrents is that you're going out with him (the guy that you like) and i am not going out with that one dude that i like or used to like. We used to like each other. I don't think he likes me any more and I don't think hes cute any more so.....actully sometimes he can be attractive and sometimes not. yup I guess thats my lame story =D

Not at all we love slumming it. The whole reason that he brings you over to his home is to impress you and it sure is working. Enjoy the ride and live it up alittle. Whens the next time your going to be able to go to another place like that.

I normally don't care if I love the girl than I love the girl. Just tell him you aren't really rich like him. He doesn't seem shallow so he should understand.

i have never met any guys that actually care if you arent as well off as them as long as you are willing to pull your own weight not try to make him buy you stuff and support you. if he isnt snobby then he probably doesnt care about money just about you. i say dont be uncomfortable but dont draw attention to it either

if is a decent guy he won't care about where you live. all he should care about is you. if he really does care about something like that then you will realize he isn't that sweet of a person and you need more positive people in your life.

He`s got to love you for you. It doesent matter what the size of your house is! That`s who you are. If he say`s anything about it then he`s not the guy for you. NEVER change who you are to please someone else.
