I'm a photography student and we have an assignment to capture closure. I'm having a hard time "finding" closure. Maybe I'm looking too hard. I was just looking for suggestions that would help me understand and photograph closure better.

Closure can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people. Often, it's a subtle emotion, unlike anger, laughter etc. Why not post outside a court of law and watch people walking out of a messy divorce or a legal settlement. I'm sure you'll see lots of faces with closure written all over them.

I hope I am interpretting you right... perhaps an example of closure would be to take a picture of a someone at a hospital who is obviosly dieing talking to a family member. That whole part of life is about closure.
