I feel like doing something special for her but i have no time to go to the store so give me some ideas please.

Go pick flowers from the neighbors house. Put on a slow cd and light some candles and give her a long fully body massage. Write her a poem and read it out loud to her. here copy this and I mean write it out

Go shower just before she comes over and use your best aftershave cologne. Rent a movie (nowadays you can do this online although it takes time to deliver it to you) and order pizza. I like the fresh smell of a guy after shower and his manly cologne. Then I like it even better when I get to cuddle up to him on the sofa and watch movie and have dinner altogether. There's this feeling of intimacy and that's all that matters to me as a girl.
