Put a tissue on it with a bit of pressure. Then take a qtip and dip it into some hydrogen peroxide and place that on top. Repeat if necessary. It will most likely ooze for a bit. You can always put a bandaid on it for an hour. The hydrogen peroxide will kill the bacteria in there and dry it up faster.

What type of cyst? but in anyway, clean it up! and put a bandaid but if the bleeding doesn't stop! you might need to go to the doctor and have it check. It could be some sign of cancer.
