Im uncle was found in his car unconsiouse and blood coming out of his nose. He was taken to the ER and then flown to San Fa\rancisco. I dont know what to expect? Someone please give me some insight to a situation like his. Thank you

It has been confirmed. It was a cocain overdose. Hes in a comma. Any one had this happen to a loved one?

Unless there was some reason for you to suspect that cocaine would be involved (i.e. history of drug abuse, drugs found in the car, etc), I think it would be unlikely that overdose is the cause of death. Various kinds of trauma and hemorrhage can cause blood to come out of the nose, which are much more probable.

he might have just hit his head on something in an accident. the nosebleed doesn't necessarily mean he was using cocaine.
