online dating. I tried it 3 years ago and it was such taboo then. Is it the same now? Is it more popular and/or successful?

It's much more acceptable. I know three couples who dated and got married and were introduced on online dating sites. I, myself, met my fiancee on Craigslist (after I asked for good people go come with me to the theater). It's almost expected for people who don't meet and marry someone right out of high school or college.

I have met some nice guys online but nothing serious. I believe that u can meet a nice person not everyone is psycho. I know 2 people I work w/who met their mate & later got married so it can work. Besides u can't be everywhere at all times. I never go anywhere to meet guys so online is easy & u actually get to conversate & get to know a person.

It can work both ways tho!! Goodluck!!

All i can say is it has to be trouble all together.People can get online and tell you a heap of crap and say they are a millionaire or whatever and you wouldnt even know.Anyway get out and meet people around your town, its much easier. All the people who do online dating are only people who cant get anyone else, there for they are all trouble.

it isn't taboo anymore and that's exactly why it's so unsafe now!
