my friend goes to this church, she's not allowed to talk to anyone who's not in her 'cell' especially not boys.

they lure the kids in with things they like, free soup for students and rock music.

the whole thing sounds suspicious to me...they have 'baby school' for 0-2 yrolds.

the whole thing seems creepy to me...should i be worried about my friends?

um, MOST definitely. Most cults are VERY shallow in that they dont allow their members to speak to people of the general public and the fact that u make it appear to be geared more towards kids.

And what a perfect way to "start" membership than by training those age 0 - 2. A TRUE religion is not foundated on EXCLUSION such as your friend not being unable to speak with u so yes, be worried indeed............Good luck!!!

Religion, cult, what's the difference (except that a cult has no political power)?

sounds kinda like a cult, i'd be wary of any organization that controls who a person can talk to.
