No, it's not "healthier" Healthy bedtime wear is soft, comfortable, and non-binding. I would only sleep naked if I was going to wash my sheets every day.

Its not healthy to wear nothing but it healthier to not wear your underwear... i know its gross but thats what doctors say.

sleeping naked is the most healthy. your body can breath and relax better. Ive don it all my life. when i go somewhere and wear PJ's i cant sleep . they are binding

What you wear to bed doesn't improve your health in any way.

You may find that it's more comfortable though :)
