You had better obey, or your family could get evicted.

you can play basketball. you can bring water or soda in plastic bottles. (this is so if you drop the bottle you don't have broken glass all over the ground). the yelling would be disturbing to your neighbors. also I am unsure about the bicycle rule. i would ask the office if that means you can't ride your bikes on the actual basketball courts, or if they don't want you riding bikes to the basketball courts.

I would think a plastic bottle with your soda in it would be fine. There are reasons for the rules. Obviously the sound travels to your neighbors so that is why you can't shout. Glass bottles could break and people could get hurt.
There are reasons for rules and I don't see why you should be breaking them.
Who knows if a complaint was laid against you but if you continue the behavior I am sure one will be.

i think of it relies upon on the placement... For starters, although, there are no longer any constitutional amendments preserving men from something or giving men the splendid to something extremely. Now this would mean that men are the dominant element and would desire to be saved "in verify" or it would mean that there is a psychological element at play in society that proclaims women persons are "weaker" and prefer protection. i'm prepared to guess, you will pay attention the two factors of the argument with extremely some caveats to accompany those arguments. we've a close-by newspaper (The Westword) that at present printed a piece of writing some guy suing nightclubs over the typical women' night that many times happens on Wednesdays. His declare became that ladies persons get loose drinks from men because it incredibly is, so why is there discrimination against men on Wednesday nights allwoing women persons to drink loose and not pay a conceal value. (The bonehead is yet to win a case...) there is definitely different aspects to analyze: payscales, gender-particular careers, maternity vs paternity leave, etc. i think of we live in a greater equivalent society than people are prepared to confess, yet on a case by ability of case diagnosis, i think of you will see the two genders taken care of unfairly.

I am sure that water or soda is allowed, just not glass bottles.

Seems like you should try to follow the rules a bit better.
