I googled it but the sites I visited weren't what I was looking for. I want to plug in a recipe and get the calories and fat content.

You need to use a good calorie counting book. You will have to figure out how many calories are in each ingredients for what aver you are making and then divide the total by the number of servings. It can be tricky when doing this by hand. I don't mean to do any PR for any organization but the Weight Watchers organization has an on line tool that helps you calculate your own recipes into their point system. In the beginning I found that helpful. I also know that some school home ec programs promote computer software to do this very calculating that you are looking at. I don't know the names of any off hand but it does exist. Good luck!

You dont need a website for that, simply add up the fat and calories of the seperate ingredients and youll have a rough idea of what it is.
