Is there a program that will take of Tags from jpeg images ?

I don't wnat to take away copyright tags just these tags that other people put on them.

When other people tag an image...it's a big no, no to screw with it without their permission.

Since you're asking here, I'm guessing you don't have their permission...so I hope no one answers your question.
