my older brother really pissed this dude off and now he takes it out on me.
he actually gave me a detention for not eating my luch fast enough.
you try ignoring 2 years of that.

Oh he would probably throw a fit! But is it against the rules? GO FOR IT! If you get in trouble, it will be worth it. That sort of "trouble" is something that you will be proud of later on in life.

It's not hard to see why you're in trouble with the principal. A Hitler mustache would only make things worse.
You need to do some soul-searching. Why are you a "problem student"? Are you doing it to be different or to get laughs from the other students? Is there something going on at home that has you all f**ked up?
For what it's worth, this is the only chance you will ever have to get an education. (There was a question on this board last night from a 21 y/o guy wanting to do high school all over again because he messed up the first time.)
Visit your principal, apologize for past transgressions, and vow to do better. Your future is at stake. Good luck to you--I hope you wake up.

Get to a counselor and report what you feel is harassment.
Make sure the counselor knows about the older brother and the detention. Make certain you are NOT breaking any rules in the meantime. Then demand a joint meeting with the counselor and the principal. Write a letter to the principal so there can be no misinterperetation of the words. Have the counselor read it before the meeting and ask for input or corrections.
Try this on the counselor and see what he/she thinks.
"Dear Mr. ( what's his name?) I fear you have some hostility toward my brother for things that he did. I am not him, I do not intend to make your life difficult. I plan to obey all the rules and graduate with good grades. By treating me as if I were my brother, you are making my time here in this school most unpleasant. I would like to end what feels to me like confrontation between us so I can concentrate on my studies."
After that, the counselor is now a party to the fact that you feel you are being harassed. The principal should lighten up if he is wise. If he doesn't, go back to the counselor and insist on another impartial person to deal with this. You deserver better than this, unless of course you are a hotshot, goof off type who doesn't do as he should.
There is the plan, use it or lose it.

If he is the inspiration for your behavior, you are giving him too much power and attention. Be your own person and don't let bothersome people rent space in your head.
If you do things to intentionally annoy people, those people will know that you think about them all the time and they will feel that they have a lot of influence over you. If someone did a bunch of things to intentionally annoy you, wouldn't you think, "Man! They sure do spend a lot of time thinking about me!" ?
Just be respectful to those in authority who annoy you and guess what? You'll have to deal with them LESS frequently! If you really and truly dislike a person, you will steer clear of them and find ways to not interact with them. For starters, don't get in trouble, and your run-ins with authority will diminish greatly.
Good luck!

If you are in the middle of a personal war of any kind, your mustache is the least of your concerns. You better spend the majority of your time seeking those serious questions.

He'd probably be pretty pissed if you grew a Hitler mustache.
Maybe try boycotting him in front of the school with lots of signs.

To interpret our philosophizer friend,
Although mankind is staunchly at war with God, perhaps things would change if we look at each other from a different point of view.

Dude, do it. He would be mad, but there would be nothing he could do about it. They HATE that sh*t. Do it, do it, do it. It isn't the mature thing to do, but it's definitely the fun thing to do. Totally. Freaking. Do it.
