my mom has goten a belly pearcing now it is all infected

She needs to wash it with soap and water, keep it clean, and hydrogen peroxide, of course...keep it bandaged, and get to a doctor immediately, to get some antibiotics, before it really gets bad...you're a nice kid...

Antibiotic to treat staph and/or strep which can cause redness and swelling that spreads under the skin. This is important because untreated skin infections can be dangerous.
Remove the piercing. A metal object will keep the infection going and needs to come out to allow the infection to heal.
I have done this treatment numerous times because I am a doc and people come into the hospital with this all the time when it gets bad. Make sure tetanus is up to date and she is not allergic to the medicine!

Well shouldn't have gotten belly pea ring on first place. i think must go the doctor before it gets worst.
