It's good to know your back handsprings and back bends otherwise it is very difficult. I had an easier time getting my back tuck than I did my back handspring, so hopefully my tips will help you.

Stand like you are ready to do a back handspring. Push off of your feet and strongly off your toes. Have your arms up. Start to rotate back through the air once you are off the ground. When you start to spin/rotate backwards, bring and tuck your arms and legs right to your core, or stomach. Keep in the rotating motion until you are back into a standing position and plant your feet to the ground.

This will take practice and is not as easy as it sounds, but you will get it in time. Good luck and be careful!

*If you want some help on a back bend -- Stand with arms up by your ears. Arch back with your arms still right by your head/ears. It won't be easy first but practice pushing up into a bridge first and putting your weight onto your arms/hands.

*Back handspring -- It's called a back handspring for a reason. Stand straight, arms by your ears. Squat and start to lean back while pushing off your feet. You should be now arching back with your feet off the ground. Your hands reach the ground and you SPRING off of them. Follow through into a standing position and plant your feet to the ground. Remember to use your stomach, back, and arm muscles to snap your body back to a hollow position, pushing off your hands, and land on your feet on the floor.

Again, good luck!

you need to learn how to do a backbend first, thats wher you curl your back and fall on your hands like you are aa arc or sumthin then once you get that down without spots then you just jump like you would go into a backbend but pull your legs forward before you land. be careful tho, and make sure to practice on a trampoline first.

Don't be afraid of hurting your head. Just curl your back and sort of just jump backwards and fall at the same time.
