It really depends on the species, there's more than one type of goose out there. But you can never get more than one egg / day / bird. For most species of wild geese the time is usually around 1 egg every 30-35 hours + a few hours until the clutch is complete. Probably a bit less for domestic varieties, as well the domestics were selected produce much more eggs during the season than any of their wild counter part.

To my experience ( Chinese geese) they do not lay egg like duck or chicken, very irregular.
