Interesting question. At the bar, probably because people usually go to bars to meet other people as a general rule.Walking down the street never hurts, it means someone noticed you or is stalking you. lol. it's 50/50. A public place would be nice as long as I'm not with a group of people, it would feel akward.
Always, ALWAYS state your name first. It's just a sign of class to introduce yourself and that's always a turn on. Then, we can't refer to you as, "that one guy." and it makes it more personal. Then, you'll want to comment on why you noticed her. A preferable thing to do would ask to participate in an activity if she responds positively. i.e. "Would you like to dance?" or "Would you like to grab a cup of coffee with me?" it's assertive, but not imposing. You would strike up a conversation about something else like the weather the music etc,then you notice how beautiful I am and tell me,and continue to have a real!!! conversation(to show you know more than 2 words) and you play up the fact that YOUR intresting more than you want to screw me...your intire intent or focus should be to be a good friend.Do not do not talk sex...,love sex dont want to talk to a strang guy about my anatomy thank you....most of all be kind and humbled...big big turn on..

Go up with a nice, friendly, open smile and say "Hi, how are you doing?" And start from there. Don't be pushy or intimidating about it, just act like a normal, friendly guy. Introduce yourself. Don't use any of those pick-up lines that everyone has heard a thousand times. Just be open, friendly and relaxed.

ok so i visit events plenty and manage adult men like that virtually each and every time i'm going. My suggestion is that girls that adult men locate captivating are basically like all people else. So basically initiate a regularly happening communique. do no longer stroll up and attempt a line or some thing corny. maximum women hate it whilst adult men attempt to throw them a line instead of basically communicate. it is basically my opinion, regardless of the undeniable fact that.

Dont be CORNY PLEASE. No jokes, euphinisms, or smart remarks out of books. For instance: "Whats your sign? Cuz I bet were totally compatable!" NONE OF THAT. Be a man and take control. Tell her exactly what you like about her and dont be kurt, be to the point. Women like men that know what they want and go for it.... minus all the Bullshit. If your polite, confident, and "cute" you got a huge chance!

"hi. i think you're really attractive & would like to get to know u." girls respond to simple honest approaches. this way you're aren't being disrepectful or giving us some cheesy line. oh, and introduce yourself b/f u say u think she's attractive. i hate it when guys walk up to me and ask for my name or number w/o intro themselves first. it's so rude. no girl wants to give a stranger her name & number.
NEVER, call out to a girl or try to be cute or clever. this is pretty disprespectful.

if ur a total stranger,i wouldnt want u walking up to me on the street and saying "girl u look hott." keep ur boy fantasies if ur head. if it's a girl u know {from school, work, whatever} then ask her out.

whatever u do, dont be corny! its so annoying. and dont just go up and say "ur hot." just say hi and start a conversation and if u feel good about it after a few minutes just ask if she'd like to go to dinner with u or something
