My computer keeps coming up with this Error Reports, and I can't get into my AIM; what can I do?

I was in Adobe when my computer froze and I shut it off. When I turned it off I was mobbed with the same error reports; I also get a pop up telling me to rename like my C file to C2 or something of that sort.

It might be a problem with registry (Darn harddisks always do this) Back up all your files and reinstall Windows. Before you format though, make sure you have a backup CD that should've come wiht your computer.
