A boil is prettymuch the same as a zit. They both come from the same type of infection (hair follicle). The zit comes from dirt or oil trapped inside the hair fillicle. The boil comes from a hair that fails to break through the skin causing the follicle to become inflammed and fill with pus. Like with a zit, you want to get the head out, with the boil you want to get the hair out. Beware it will scar if your rough with it. Just light a match and burn the tip of a Stick pin. Dip it in some alcohol, and gently pick the tip of the boil til it pops and drains. GET THE HAIR OUT(THATS A MUST).
Good luck

It's most likely a pimple. You have inflamed it by picking at it.Leave it alone for acouple of days.Put clearasil or whatever u use for pimples on it. You want to dry it out.It will go away.Keep it clean. It takes time.I'll tell u what I tell my teen son.Keep your mitts off of it..Boils are usually on the butt,or back of the thigh. .Good luck
