had been hung rather than put on the cross, would Christians be walking around with a noose on there chains or have them placed on top of churches instead of a cross, and likewise if he had been beheaded would they have guillotine's on top of churches?

If you don't like the question don't answer it.
Why do you people always attack the question or the questioner, The question is the start of a debate nothing more nothing less,
It seems a perfectly good question to me, 100 times better than some of the C Rap I see asked on here.

yeah probally Christians wear the cross not because its a symbol of Jesus's torture, but because it reminds them that Jesus achieved the ultimate by showing us that the body is not what we are we are spirit, we are spirit not matter. He did not die he conquered death pretty magical really so yeah the cruxificion was not such a sad story in the end, doesnt mean that it was ok to crucify someone thats pretty terrible the death penalty should definitely be outlawed everywhere like cannabilism its barbaric.

HI
Good question, I find wearing the symbol of Jesus' torment a terrible practice but yes some fanatics would wear a hangman's noose.

The price to pay for insurrection under Roman law, was crucifixion. A very common-place event, used widely to protect Roman authority. No magic, no mystery, just simple history.

I find your question a bit rhetorical. Look that up if you need to. Oh and by the way... a bit pointless.
