If you need to tone, then do some gym work and step up your cardio during the week. If you think you're fat, even if you start to tone, then you have the mentality of someone with an eating disorder and should seek help.

Why don't you take a few pictures of yourself & look at them..
It will give you a different look or perspective of yourself...
I do this every so often because when I was in high school I felt fat & was ashamed of my body...now when I look at the pictures I realize I was way too thin...

what's wrong with a little extra meat...everyone does not need to or have the ability to look the same. as long as you're healthy who cares? i think you should work on raising your self esteem and then if you still feel fat, go run your *** off! :D

your not fat but your not skinny either don't worry though neither am i if you don't feel good about yourself just do something about it eat right and do exercises it doesn't even have to be vigorous workouts just maybe a 30 minute walk each day it doesn't take long and the outcome would be great =)

believe me.... u r not alone!!! my sis was only 15 and she was 5.2 and weighed around the same... she said she was fat but she is the skinniest person in look u r probably imagining things when u look in the mirror... i bet u r fine!!!

no you are not. if you work out a lot and are strong in your muscles that makes you heavier. if you go for a phyiscal you can ask them to tell you your muscle mass and your fat mass so that you can see if you need to lose weight. kay?
