well milk has calories...but I wouldn't tell you to ditch it either...

Water works best if you want to lose weight...but have some milk occasionally..

Well, it depends on what else you are eating. I'd suggest water and a high fiber diet. Milk can help satisfy cravings, but it is easy to lose track of how much you drank. Try portion control spread over several small meals, and try to drink water regularly. I usually try to chug a pint or two rather than sipping (i forget about my glass!).

In any event, dropping 15 lbs is a tall order for two months. Make a realistic (ie, gradual) exercise plan. I'd recommend a weight scale that measures body fat, so you can distinguish between fat loss and muscle loss. Try to look fit, not just a smaller blob.

The only way to do that is

have discipline !!

1) Stop drinking milk and go for water, no softdrinks, fast(junk)food, sweets, fatty foods, etc.
2) eat salads, fruits, rice etc. in 5 - 6 small meals a day and nothing after 6 pm
3) stick with the diet otherwise it will not work
4) due cardio exercise to burn fat, e.g. running/joggingm swimming, biking etc.
5) sleep well and mentally program yourself to your goals and get used to them and the feeling of being hungry for a while. After a couple of days you will be so into your weightloss target that you feel good about it and can do it,

Don't drink much milk. Even skim milk is FULL of sugar.

Water is much better for you. But just drinking water is not going to make you lose weight. Diet and exercise. Water will only help you IF you do those things. Just drinking water? Nothing.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Drink some skim milk, but consume more water. Cut out all juces, sodas and other canned/bottled sweet drinks (even if they say light or diet!). Excercise a little every day (even if it's a walk at lunch).

you should drink water milk might be good for you and it does taste better but it has more calories while water doesn't have any and if you don't like water try flavored water or vitamin water they are both healthy and they taste better good luck with losing weight =)

Milk has calories. Water does not. Drink more water, but consider taking calcium supplements or multi-vitamins if you give up milk altogether.

A lot of water and a lot of Mexican food so you can have some taco diarrhea and loos weight fast.
