CHIRP...?

Please, only answer if you know how to get rid of the bird and not to lecture me about "animal rights" or to ask me "How in the world can you not like the chirping of a bird???" cause I don't need any of this, I got plenty of this kind of answer on the Spanish Y!A.....

Hmm I'm not sure if you could do this without like disturbing the thing. I'd call animal control and see if they could remove it or something. good luck.

Accually, it is illegal to disturb the nest under the migratory bird act. You will have to wait until the chicks are gone, which should be in about a month.

After that it is perfectly fine to remove the nest. Until then, I reccomend ear plugs.

Call the ASPCA or animal control. They will take it to a park or place it in an area that is safe for them
I own a bird and some times I want to ring it neck. But with him I can cover him up

if it has babies wait untill they leave then knock the nest down, discouraged the birds might leave, if that doesnt work place big blky sticks up there so it is difficult for them to nest
