I did it about 3 years ago and it was horrible. I used to go to the meetings - but I didn't care for that. I tried to track what I ate on their site - and I'd put stuff in while I was at work - and then when I got home and wanted to add to it - it wouldn't have my info. I asked for help about FOUR or FIVE times - and I kept getting generic responses. It was horrid. Have to tell you - that they COULD have improved over the last few years. I don't know.

The only real reason to do weight watchers is for the support from the other members at the meetings and IF you have a really good leader - they will help you.

If you're a computer kind of person - there are chat rooms where you can get the support - and NOT pay a dime. Go and get the South Beach Diet - or any diet that appeals to you - and you'll save money and frustration.

I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and it's really easy to use. It keeps track of everything you input into it. So far I've lost 10 pounds - doing this & going to the gym 4-5 times a week. They have a lot of great receipes online too!

i think of a marvelous type of it relies upon on your character. while you're a people-person, you like having a help community for encouragement, are gentle speaking approximately your weight and eating conduct in a team placing, etc, then the conferences may be greater advantageous for you. while you're a greater deepest person and might extremely use the tactics to motivate your self devoid of somebody (or a team of persons) watching over your shoulder, then the web application might artwork greater advantageous for you. The equipment is exceptionally lots a similar; online you're specifically in charge to your self in basic terms, nevertheless you need to use the message boards in case you prefer some team help.
