Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

Start by going commando or wearing thongs/g-strings. Regular panties cut off blood around the legs and under the butt, which makes cellulite worse. Next invest in quality cellulite cream and use it faithfully. Good diet and exercise also help, but even slimmer people are susceptible to the cellulite problem.

well cellulite doesnt mean your fat, a lot of women have it including skinny ones

dont drink soda, even diet ones like diet coke, it adds cellulite

theres also a new treatment called Ionithermie Cellulite and Toning Program and its said to take off about 1-8 inches of cellutlite in one cycle, you can get it done at a spa, its expensive though

I have a very easy and cheep way that I heard once by a nutrient on tv.she said that cellulite can go away u just can prevent them using cream and exercice and food.
But to get rid of their appeirence u have to use tanning ur body and the region which contains those white regions will disappear.believe me and try it.

you should do some strength training exercises like lunges with weights, it seems to help me out.
