This is your daughter, lay down the law and then find out how she contacts this man. Go see an lawyer and press charges for statitory rape.

In no way, should a 38 year old MAN be interested in a 13 year old little girl. I dont care how mature and responsible she is. That man is sick, and could be a pedophile, using her until she is too old.

She could wind up pregnant, missing or worse.

PLEASE see a lawyer and FORBID her to see him. Dont let her out of the house after school, friends can come over to visit her, no phone, cell phone, internet, nothing...

My ex-fiance was like that... he was younger, but so were the girls...

He ended up having 4 children with girls between the ages of 9 (i think she was 11 when she gave birth but she was 9 when they started the afair) and 16...

He also ended up raping a 13 year old because she said no.

PLEASE let her know its dangerous...

call the police, and slap your daughter next time she says mind your own business, SHE IS your business.

good luck...

Let her roll her eyes and get angry. This is a lot better than what could happen with that man.

You are her parent, it is your job to keep her safe. I would not let her go anywhere unsupervised and I would also limit her access to the internet. She apparently does not realize the dangers and the predators that are out there.

I would also call the police. I do not know what type of man spends his time befriending 13 year olds, I wonder what his motivation is. He may try to befriend another 13 year old whose parents are not as involved as you are, right now you have the ability to try to prevent that.

He's a pedophile. Do you realize that you have every right to report him to the police since she is underage? Are you for real? Is this question for real? Step up and be a parent. Quit trying to be a friend. Regarding this situation, you cannot afford to be a friend. You are the one who sets the rules. Who gives a flying !#$% if she rolls her eyes. You are suppose to be setting boundaries, be consistent, protect her and love her. Setting boundaries shows that you love her enough to care. I always based my decisions when I was raising my daughters if it effected their health, safety or welfare in an adverse way, ......game over. I always prefaced my comments of what the plan was, DID NOT ASK them, and let them know it was BECAUSE I loved them more than anything else, I cared what they did. Using the health safety and welfare as a guideline, it also helped me in picking my battles, and there were many many freedoms I gave them so they would experience and grow, but not at their expense of losing their life, damaging their health or compromising their welfare, state of mind or adversely effecting their future.

Ok, first of all its against the law. That is called statuaritorie rape. He is way to old to be messing around with a 13 year old girl. Second thing, who is the parent here? You or her? You need to be firm and not let her get away with it! Ground her. Call the cops on him! Men like that are freaks. Do you want her to get pregnant by this guy? Stop worring what the hell she thinks and DEMAND that she stop this! She will rebel and be a living hell. Shes a teen. If she runs away with this guy you may never see her again! This pervert needs to be behind bars! CALL THE COPS!!!

The fact that you have to ask such a question tells me you are no kind of parent. If you were, you wouldn't let that man any where near your child. Grow up and do the right thing for once in your life. Call the police and report the idiot. You should then have your child taken away from you. Mom to 3.

First of all, don't let her be the boos, YOU ARE THE ADULT HERE. Please if there is anything sexual going on there, that is statutory rape. Call the police. I know as a mother of a 13 year old girl as well, i would be ready to kill any man that looked at my daughter, and they are far from old enough at 13 to have any relationships yet. Show her who is the one in charge.

I would call the cops! That is against the law and the man can get in serious trouble. Your daughter is real young and needs to listen to you. he is a pervert for being with someone so young. Your daughter isn't even really old enough to date. Put your foot down!! Good luck and God be with you!!

Have the guy arrested -- that sort of thing is illegal in all 50 states and many foreign countries. Don't worry about your daughter being mad at you about it -- you will be doing it for her own good and someday she will realize this.

You are not mature enough or qualified enough to have a child. Take her to Child Protective Services and tell them what you just asked and they will help you out. Trust me.
