It's all about cardio, running swimming, riding a bike anything to get your heart rate up for about a half our 3 to 4 times a week.

Try to cut back on some fast foods and beer. You should notice a difference in about one month.

Walk and do light weight training. Bike riding is also great.

run, jog, take alot of walks, but more importantly make sure you have fun being active jog w/ a friend
