Be honest but kind and find a 'no fault' justification. I suggest something like 'It's not working and we'd both be happier being friends' or 'we want different things'. I also think it some comfort to let the person know you have good memories of your time together.

You should really check out Michael Fiore's video on how to get your ex back in a matter of days through text messages. It's crazy but it works, I never believed I could get back with my ex wife in this life time but it did happened. I cheated on her a lot of times and still we are back together (won't do it again), unbelievable what some psychology can do.

Anyway, watch the video here: http://www.textyourexback.link - it will blow your mind. Good luck!

Either way it's gonna hurt, but you shouldn't stay in a relationship that you aren't happy in.

Be kind but honest. Tell them you don't feel the two of you are a good match, but you wish them the best and appreciate the (good) time you two spent together.

Don't lie, don't make up stories, and definitely tell them face-to-face.

Their really isn't an easy way to break up with someone if you cared for each other. My advice would be to rethink your relationship, and if you really want to end it, just be direct but not harsh.

Greetings!
Breaking up is usually not easy or painless. Set a good precedent - Really talk with him, tell him the truth - be honest about your intentions. If your real about it, you may be able to remain friends, and that is always better than a bitter ex. :)

Be brutally honest. It will hurt him at first but spare him lots of pain later. If you're not brutally honest, he might think he still has a chance with you and he will continue to torture himself.

Is to let him know why you are breaking up with him, let him try to see those reasons from your own point of view. and assure him that you would always be there if he ever needs you in a other things out sexual relationship. Part with him on a friendly basis.
