Hi I'm worrying because I gave into temptation today. They had a party at work, and I got offered a slice of pizza, I put it away until I had a chance to throw it away but next thing I knew I was eating it lol =(
This is what I've had today so far
7 AM Small whole wheat bread w/ 98% fat free turkey weiner
12 PM 6 inch Subway Oven Roasted chicken (wheat bread, lettuce and onion)
4 PM 1 slice of Pizza Hut (pepperoni and meat)
My dinner would be brown rice with grilled chicken and lettuce
and oh yeah it just sucks because I go to the gym 5 times a week, and today is one of the days I dont go argh

You still need to eat supper. You need 3 meals a day and a healthy snack between each meal and at bedtime. YOu did not have a morning snack so you are fine with having the slice of pizza. Don't beat yourself up over one slice of pizza...........this is what makes people fail. You don't seem to be eating snacks between meals and at bedtime so you do need to include this to keep your energy levels up and your blood sugar more level.

You can eat something light, a tomatoe a free fat yogurth o a cup of tea no more,

your eating habits are just as bad if you were eating junk foods all day. You wont loose weight doing what you are doing your body will go in starvation mode that is it will hold on to any fat it can get to survive. ask you doctor how to eat right he or she might refer you to a nutritionist.

eat dinner. you are fine. you should have almost 2000 cals a day if you work out. so you are not even close.

It actually sounds like you are doing just fine....

Remember its ok to indulge once in a while...
as long as it isn't daily...

wouldn't worry about it so you gave into temptation 1 day tomorrow you will burn it off!!! it's OK!!! :)
