Hi I'm worrying because I gave into temptation today. They had a party at work, and I got offered a slice of pizza, I put it away until I had a chance to throw it away but next thing I knew I was eating it lol =(
This is what I've had today so far
7 AM Small whole wheat bread w/ 98% fat free turkey weiner
12 PM 6 inch Subway Oven Roasted chicken (wheat bread, lettuce and onion)
4 PM 1 slice of Pizza Hut (pepperoni and meat)
My dinner would be brown rice with grilled chicken and lettuce
and oh yeah it just sucks because I go to the gym 5 times a week, and today is one of the days I dont go argh
