As I understand the YA architecture, a lot of trust is put on users playing by the rules. This would seem to indicate that the number is boundless (to within real life limitations; a lot less than MAXINT of several billion).
Addendum: A point can be made that lots of irrelevant questions degrades the usefulness of this forum. It forces legitimate questions to roll over/move to later in the listing before people see them, and rather quickly.
On the BBSes I've run & maintained, I've used this logic for closing of accounts and user access. It's trickier based on how YA works, but they could at least limit abuse should they feel it is an issue. It's their potato though; I can't/won't tell them how to bake it.

I don't know, but its getting old and needs to stop.
I'm going to say she has at least 5 but probably will have 11ish million sooner or later
