ANy ideas how to get a girlfriend?

Hi all,
Well...I am looking for some reasonable way to find a girlfriend...not the Internet since after several months of searching here I ended up only with people trying to waste their time here... And since I have no experience in relationships please don't tell me to go to Wallmart and talk to some girl :). I need something that requieres a little self confidence. Besides that, I am not an American...so in my country people are not that communicative like in USA.

Talking about me. I am 21...I love to travel all around the world, I like Rome at most...and a lot more things

On my experiance (im 20) i always find somone when im not looking...........like when im at the grocrey store all looking like a scrub! keep your eyes open!
