No. Once you have it, you have it.

You cannot donate blood if you have had any type of hepatitis.

However, if you have been exposed but did not contract it, you can give blood after one year has passed from the time of exposure.

You must be tested to confirm this. The Red Cross does not test for hep A or hep C.

No you can't. If your blood work comes back with a positive result of an infectious disease, you can never donate again. Even if you get tested again and it is negative they won't let you donate. Also there is no cure for hep B so if you have been diagnosed with it then you still have it.
