I know I've been doing exercise for 2 weeks only but I have been at the gym at least 3 hours every day and I do bicycle for 45 min..and weights everything...plus I eat fiber and healthy foods...and don't have dinner. Why am I not losing weight?!!!! I look at myself in the mirror and I look fat or fatter...How long will it take....when am I going to see results?!!! did this happen to you? Im 5'7 and weight 158lbs thanks

The previous answer is spam, if you want to lose weight and you have to diet and exercise, even kids know that!
OK, take a look at the GI diet. It is easy and it works. I have a weight problem and I have lost 85lbs in 8 months with it. I am walking for exercise. You could be gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat, so you could still be losing fat and just not noticing it. If you want weight loss go for cardio, weights build muscle and you want to use as much energy as possible. Cross trainers are good, they use a high level of energy.
You are not too much overweight so you will probably lose 1 - 2 lbs a week if you are doing it right.

first of all 5 7 and 158 ya cannot be fat and fatter...second ya cannot skip meals,,,,that does not help you lose weight...and after about 60 - 90 days you will begin to see a difference

Eat dinner. 5 square meals per day. Not a lot just a little each time. Your body thinks it has to hoard due to the fact you don't give it what it needs when it needs it. So it hoards everything.

try drinking nothing but water starting right now only water and drink half your body weight in ounces dailey. drink nothing but water i want you to look on the internet and read about how important water is to losing weight trust me water will be your saving grace water is the key use it if good luck. no soda,no juice, no milk, all you need is fresh pure water
