Does it work

Everyone I know who bought this machine has it sitting in their basements un-touched. It is more less a gimmick machine. Ultimately the best for your abs it to start with crunches - NOT full sit-ups. Then as your abs get stronger you can work your obliques and lower abs. Try getting a mat and doing them in front of the tv with your kids (if you have any) it is a great thing to teach your children!
