like i can pick it off (even tho i dont) but they arnt really zits...sometimes they are but you can only see them if you are like a foot away..
i alreadyy use a washcloth...but how can i get rid of this?!
i used to think that they were just sun bumps in the summer, but now its been winter and its still there

You need to see a dermatologist. It may not be acne. And you are right not to pick it. Never pick, pop, squeeze anything on your body. If it's bacterial, you will just spread it and it causes scars.

They are probably clogged pores. Try one of those body scrubs once a week and use the washcloth the rest ofthe time. I had em on my arms and my chickadee got me fixed right up!

whatever it is its beautiful tell your parental units to allow you to see a dermatologist or you can emancipate yourself and come live at my house and i'll take you to the dermatologist

go see a dermatologist, it could just be a rash, get it checked out
