i got perm and i dont wear it curly uch so im always straighting it and its drying out my ends, plus im always dying my hair to. does anyone ahve any suggestions of what to do to get my air healthy or any products will i can use when using a flat iron it not dry out my hair??

Joico K-Pak shampoo & conditioner are great. The conditioner can be used every day or ask a mask for deep conditioning.
Run a bit of jojoba oil through the ends of your hair. It's non-comedogenic and will add a nice sheen while conditioning your hair.

Ganier Fructis Sleek and shine works really well. To restore your hair from damage and stuff you should use Pantene Pro-V restoratives the shampoo, conditioner, and refining mask. Since your ends are dry you need to get a trim becuase if you don't it will cuase more split ends which will lead to breakage. For your flat iron try not to use it as much and use heat protectant like the Paul Mitchell and the Chi heat protectants are good, also Treesseme.

Use a reconstructor once a week after shampooing & conditioning... Also try matrix sleek look thermal spray before straightening.

i have very curly hair , so natural it's coarse. I use fructius sleek and shine. It comes in a green bottle and is very affordable.

The best product possible for you to use is Alterna......Caviar moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. It is a bit pricey, but it is the best you can use.
