Alright, so I lost a bet and had to go to a tanning salon and tan in a bikini, and my friend that I lost the bet to told me not to worry, that the bikini lines would come off in a couple of weeks...but it has been a month and they are still on STRONG! How the heck do I get them off! It is really obvious I wore a bikini if I take my shirt off! What do I do?

I would do as others here have suggested. You should go to a tanning salon and tan without anything on so that you can get an 'even' tan all over your body, without the worry of tan lines.

Or as someone already suggested, use the tan lotions and apply the tan lotion on the areas that are not tan.

That's ******* hilarious!!!

Tan again without a bikini and the lines should fade a little. You can even try to (carefully) put sunblock on the tanned areas so they don't get darker before you tan. Aside from that, the only thing you can really do is wait.

And punch the guy that won the bet.

If people ask, just tell them about the bet. Go tanning again, but this time don't wear a bikini, and they will fade out more.

go tanning without the bikini...but in the mean time you can try sunless tanner on the areas that are whiter than others.
