In 2004, the Guinness World record holder for the World's largest natural breasts was size 48V. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A17228-2004Aug19.html There are actually varying reports on her bra size, though. As I'm sure there would be, since bra sizes are made for the general population and are therefore skewed toward the average, as well as being a pretty poor sizing system. I would say that it would be unlikely someone with a band size of 32 would have such extremely large breasts, though. Even more unlikely than anyone having them at all, and that's pretty unlikely as it is. So I would say that there is not and probably won't be someone whose size would be classified as 32Z.
Regarding bra sizes (as opposed to breast sizes explained through theoretical bra sizing), you're not going to find anything larger than DD in commercial stores like Victoria's Secret. By catalog, DDD or F. Specialty stores/catalogs go higher, and according to the Straight Dope, the highest non-custom size is 54LL. http://www.straightdope.com/columns/000714.html

I know someone with JJ size breasts. I hope they don't get much bigger than that, let me tell you lol

I don't know if it is possible; but I am sure it is. I don't think they are sold in the common department stores; you would probably have to order them or have them specially made.

Doubtful, there is a woman in the UK and her boobs are 30M!! Crazy isn't it.
