When it is really cold outside my jeep makes a chirping sound (only while driving) for only two miles and then stops.

Sound is coming from the front, I believe.

its probably the belt slipping a little while it is cold, but as the belt warms a little from friction or whatever, it may still slip but it quits making noise.

Fan belt most likely, slipping or worn out, but it may stop after 2 miles if you are going faster and the fans dont need to pull air to the engine, it flows in.

Sounds like a fan belt is slipping.

I would have to agree with the belt as the culprit! If it is only doing it for the first few miles I wouldn't worry about it! maybe it is time to change you belt(s)? or tighten them or maybe loosen them?
