What are some of the best ways to find out if your boyfriend, girlfriend, or spouse is cheating on you? I don't just want signs of cheating, I want actually ways to catch them IN THE ACT.

Get on google and find spy-ware to install on his/her PC and find out what they are doing on chat and e-mails.
The more expensive solution is get a private investigator.

The first thing I would do is ASK
Sometimes the person is just wanting to be confronted so they can confess.
If they say no, they are not cheating, and you still believe they are, look for inconsistent behavior. Does he go to the gym more often than he use to? Does he have late evening appointments? Does he go out to lunch with clients more now? If so, follow him to the gym (or whereever he goes). Give him about 30 minutes, then go there. If he isn't there yet, wait for him. If he doesn't show up. Go home and then ask him how his gym (or whereever) activities were. When he makes up some bs, tell him you were there and didn't see him.
Look for "signs" of cheating in his underwear. Is he missing underwear? Some guys are smart to this and throw their evidence away. Mark his underwear in a spot that isn't obvious to him. Keep track of them.
Look up his cell phone records on line or go through his received/outgoing call list. Look for repeat numbers without a contact name on them....call them. Have a male friend call them from a number that isn't connected to him. When he is asleep, call from his cell phone and see who answers and how.

This one is horrible... I ahve thought it up for a long time. Not that I'm going to go through with it butit was a decent idea.
You could create online profile... Flirt with him online and then get him to met you somewhere in public. Go to the place and see if he shows up... Then when you see him there go up to him and ask him what the hell is he doing? Then you have caught him trying to met up with another girl.

well just yesterday i caught my girl in her own bull. she told me that she had to send her girlfriend a message of some place she wanted to know how to get their but it was weird to me cause the place is down the street from her friends house. i later saw the messages on her phone and saw she was talking to some guy. i haven't said anything but i caught her without even trying even though i had a feeling. so patience by your part will let them slip up.

GPS tracking device? DNA testing? Tell them you're going to be gone for the day and hide somewhere in the bushes until you see something and pounce in with the camera?

I cheated on my husband, and essentially depending on the fact that I knew his schedule and that he was completly predictable to do so. So if you always come home at a certain time, or call at certain time, change it up on them, you are almost guaranteed to "walk in on" something.
