We have info on a BYB (back yard breeder) in Missouri who breeds her 6-8 females 2 times a year. She will NOT provide vWD on any of her Dobermans, or any other info. While you do not have to buy from her, other innocent people do, and then can't get the pup registered with the AKC because of "QUESTIONABLE" parents. We have at least 3 reported cases of puppy swapping (not sending the correct ones) it has gotten so bad that CNN is now looking into her operation. A little undercover work goes a long way! Please shut DOWN the puppy mills! If not for your sake, at least for the puppies and parents! They run a good looking website, but it is a front, please look into the effort to stop the puppy mills!

considering missouri is the top puppymill state, chances are people all over the us have bought them

i am very leary of breeders in missouri, and if i was going to by a doberman, not that i am, but i would look in AKC.org and find a reccommended breeder who shows thier dogs and has at least three generations of EKGs from dogs over five years old, because alot of the dobermans even the good ones have enlarged hearts by the time they are six or seven

good luck
