Serenity has a point.
Saute it and bake.
Or for a quicker fix, throw in a few chopped onions and seasoning, and put it right on the stove top. Takes like 10-15 mins and tastes great.

Make some quick veggies and rice to go with!

What is "Chuck Tender steak". This must be a local name for some sort of chuck cut.

There is an old standy by for all cuts of chuck: boiling it with a couple of potatoes and onions and carrots and celery stalks with salt and black pepper and serving it with a horseradish sauce, but it will take more than 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
2 lb. chuck tender steaks
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 cup scallions
3 celery stalks, cut up
2 medium onions
1 cup canned bean sprouts, drained
1 teaspoon sugar substitute
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 cup water
1/2 lb. spinach, washed, stems removed
Preparation:
1. Cut steaks into thin slices; brown meat well.

2. Add mushrooms, scallions, celery, onions, bean sprouts, and sugar substitute. Pour soy sauce over mixture.

3. Add bouillon cube and water. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender.

3. Add spinach leaves. Continue cooking 5 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, do not overcook.

You could try sauteing it and then maybe bake it for a while.
