There is a lot of information available on the internet if you do the right searches. Many people want these old appliances and there are companies that buy, refurbish/restore, and them resell them. A Yahoo search for "vintage appliances" (include the quotation marks in the Yahoo search box) will yield lots of websites to check out. You should be able to quickly learn the value of your stove as well as a lot about it's age and history. Other searches to try would include "vintage stoves", "vintage gas stoves", etc..

Good luck with your search for information.

I have a 1930's Chambers cook stove in my kitchen and would not give it up for any amount of money. but if u want to get rid of yours check with the auction houses in ur area and they can help on value. Mine is worth around $500.
