I know a girl which I like a lot. She says she's never thought about me that way and says it would be weird. What can I tell her to make her sure that it isn't?

I'm sorry to say this but if she was into you she would have thought about you in that way already, without you bringing it up. I think you just need to leave it alone and move on!

Don't say anything. Just keep positive & smile alot. Win her over w/ politeness. Make that long eye contact. Lean over to her neck & smell her aroma in while exhalling w/ an Aaaah. Hot breath on the neck is always a turn on. Make sure & act flirty by touching her elbow when laughing at something she says. maybe hold her hand once in a while. Don't try kissing her until after a few other flirty encounters. And don't pressure her.

Tell her she is a little tease. Then insult her outfit. Then hit on her best friend.
I promise she will see you in a whole new light. It all about not being a wuss. If you show her your a confident man with much to offer she will come running to you.
You don't have to be a d1ck just a cocky and funny. Make a joke about her earrings if she is wearing big hoops say "what you couldn't afford new earrings so you had to use your bracelets. Then tell her friend that she looks sexy today. Not pretty not beautiful, Sexy, your not her mother after all. do this and I am sure you will get further than you ever have before.

You said she said it would be weird -- if someone said that to me I'm not sure I'd want to go any further but you seem to want to.
By the sounds of how you have put your question though -- she sounds like even though she thinks it will be weird she's still willing to try it.
First and formost try not to let too many boring moments occure, try to plan out the time you spend together... put some effort into it -- find out things she likes without her knowing your doing it... the more time you have to just sit and stare at one another the "weirder" its going to become for her.
Make her concentrate more on 'the date' rather you as the date.
------- Woman like it when a man goes out of his way to find out things they like.

Ask her what's weird about it. Try to get her on one date so you can both see if something could happen... But remember, don't push the issue.

First is there any examples of a friend turning in to a thing, that is working out that you could use? Or ask her why not , if out what she is talking about and then one by one dismantle them to where there is no more things to stand in between you.

You can't "make sure it isn't" because you have no control over how she feels. It's up to her to decide to go for it or not, and what to do to keep it from feeling 'weird'.
