Perhaps. If this means ejaculation also, it's less likely (because our bodies provide chemicals to ensure that guys don't "short circuit" for lack of a better term), but there are tantric tecniques and such that may allow a guy to have orgasms in a very short amount of time. I don't know if it's not having sex in a long time, but more about the guy's personal stamina and sex drive.

yes although not every guy is the same. sometimes he can be like that and other times he can be just once and hes done.
